Discounts for volume:
- Normal rate for the first 20,000 words
- 25% discount for the 20,000 to 35,000 words bracket
- 33% discount for the bracket above 35,000 words
Surcharges:
- 10% Formatting Surcharge: for work in .pdf and .ppt formats.
- 20% Formatting Surcharge: for DTP formats (Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark Xpress, PageMaker, InDesign etc.) and web-specific formats (Source Code, etc.)
- Urgent Work: Unlike other agencies we will not impose an additional charge for urgent work.
Minimum Fee: £25 / €30 / $35
COPYWRITING
- Proofreading & Editing: £0.008 / €0.009 / $0.011 per word
- Copy-Sharpening & Strengthening: We assess each project on an individual basis. Please contact us to discuss this service further.

To get a quote:
Please send us your text, or a sample of it (by email or post) with a word count whenever posssible and all other important details such as deadlines etc. We will reply within a few hours with a free quote and feedback if we require further information from you. Once you inform us that you are satisfied with the quote and wish to proceed, we will start the work.
Terms of Payment:
30 days after invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
